Custom Orders

Because our handmade cards and printing services are custom-made to your specifications, we generally cannot accept returns on personalized items. However, we stand behind the quality of our work and will address any issues that arise.

Quality Issues

If you receive an order that has defects or does not meet our quality standards, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will:

  • Review your concern and request photos of the issue
  • Offer a replacement at no additional cost if the defect is our error
  • Provide a full refund if we cannot resolve the issue satisfactorily

Shipping Damage

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damaged items and packaging
  • Keep all packaging materials for inspection if needed

We will work with you to replace damaged items or provide a refund.

Order Errors

If we make an error in your order, such as incorrect personalization or wrong product, we will:

  • Remake your order correctly at no charge
  • Expedite shipping to ensure timely delivery
  • Provide a refund if you prefer not to have the order remade

Cancellations

Order cancellations are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Before production begins: Full refund minus any design fees
  • After production begins: No refund, as materials and labor have been invested
  • After shipping: Subject to our return policy terms

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-designed cards with personalization
  • Items that have been used or altered
  • Orders placed more than 30 days ago
  • Sale or clearance items marked as final sale

Refund Process

If your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs depend on the reason for return:

  • Our error or defect: We cover return shipping costs
  • Customer preference: Customer is responsible for return shipping
